We take the confidentiality of your data seriously, protect your data, do not sell it and do not freely pass it on to third parties. We do not collect statistical visitor data .

In this data protection statement, Outlaw-IT Consulting notifies you how personal data is collected, processed and used on this website, and what rights affected persons possess. In any case, we only collect, process and use your personal data to the extent permitted by European Data Protection Act and the Basic Data Protection Ordinance (DSGVO).

According to Art. 4, No. 7 DSGO, the Owner of Outlaw-IT Consulting, Mr R Baumann; Les Henardières 50800 Sainte-Cécile France; 0033 259660250, email: info@outlaw-it.fr (see our Website), is responsible for data protection, also referred to as data controller, in the company. A data protection officer has not been appointed and Outlaw-IT Consulting is not legally obliged to appoint one.

The data controller has implemented numerous technical and organisational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processing possible via this website. Nevertheless, internet-based data transmissions can have security gaps, so that absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, you are free to transmit personal data to us by alternative means, e.g. by telephone or PGP encrypted email.

1. Personal Information

By personal information, we mean all data that can be personally related to you (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, user behavior).

2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data and Intended Usage

Use of Information and Visiting the Website

When using our website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we do not collect any data because we don’t care. If you want to make sure that you don’t transmit personal identifiable information use an OS like Linux or BSD and a VPN. For technical reasons we cannot prevent the presence of gstatic.com on this site.

In the case if we overlooked something here is the legal BS:

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the above-mentioned purposes for data collection.

When using this general data and information, we do not make inferences about the data subject. Having said this, the anonymously collected data and information is evaluated by us statistically on the one side and also with the aim of increasing data protection and data security in our company to ultimately ensure an optimum level of protection of the personal data processed by us. The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by the data subjects.

In addition, we DON’T use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website (except see above about gstatic.com). See § 5 of this declaration for further details.

When Contacting Us Via E-mail/Online Enquiry

When you contact us via e-mail or our online enquiry, we collect the necessary personal data (surname, first name, e-mail address, and information required for your trip via web form. This data is collected and stored in order to identify you as a customer, to answer your questions and to process your request.

The data processing for the purpose of registering contact details with us takes place upon your contact request and is required according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the purposes mentioned, i.e. for the appropriate processing of your non-binding request or your quote request.

The personal data entered by a (potential) customer is collected and stored exclusively for internal use by the controller and for the data subject’s own purposes. The person responsible for data protection may arrange for the data to be transferred to one or more processors, such as a parcel service provider, who also uses the personal data exclusively for an internal use attributable to the controller.

Registration of the data subject with the voluntary provision of personal data serves the controller to offer the data subject content or services which, by their nature, can only be offered to registered users. Registered persons are free to modify the personal data provided during registration at any time or to have them completely deleted from the database of the data controller.

The controller shall at all times, upon request, inform each data subject of the personal data related to that respective data subject. Furthermore, the controller shall correct or delete personal data at the request or notice of the data subject, provided that there is no legal obligation to keep such data in safekeeping. Data Erasure and Storage Time:

All personal data will only be stored for as long as necessary for the stated purpose (processing of your enquiry) and the fulfilment of the contract. We delete this data after the storage is no longer necessary, or limit the processing, if legal storage obligations exist. The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective legal retention period. After the expiry of this period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer necessary for the fulfilment or initiation of the contract.

Standard periods for the deletion of data: The legislator has enacted a variety of storage obligations and periods. After expiry of these periods, the corresponding data is routinely deleted. If data are not affected by this, they are deleted when the above-mentioned purposes cease to apply.
We do not process any of your data a message to Outlaw-IT Consulting you can object to the use or processing of your data for advertising, market or opinion research purposes.

If we make use of contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you as described under Section 4 about the respective processes. We also specify the defined criteria for the storage period.
If there is no legal basis concerning the processing of a data subject’s personal data, we will obtain the consent of the data subject.

3. Your Rights as a User

In accordance with Art. 7 Para. 3 DSGVO

– the right to revoke any consent you may have given to us at any time. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue processing data based on this consent in the future;

– the right of access to personal data processed by us and the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom this data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, or by

In accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO

– the right to immediately request the correction of incorrect or complete personal data stored with us.

In accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO

– the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

In accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO

– the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but if you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or if you have filed an objection against the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO.

In accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO

– the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request its transfer to another person responsible; and

You have the right pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO

– to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about our processing of your personal data. Normally, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our company headquarters.

Right of Objection:

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6, Para. 1, Sentence 1, lit. f DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation. 4. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

– in the event that this is legally permissible and required by Art. 6, Para. 1, Sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO for the processing of contractual relationships with you.

5. Use of Cookies

This website does not use any intentionally cookies other than used by WordPress or gstatic.com if you don’t block them in your browser. This is up to you and we cannot be held responsible. This website does not use any tracking in any form whatsoever. At this point privacy is up to the visitor of this web site.

Most browsers are set to automatically accept cookies. However, you can deactivate the storage of cookies or set your browser to notify you as soon as cookies are sent or have them deleted automatically. In addition, you have the option of subsequently deleting the stored cookies from your hard disk at any time.
